Get a lawyer. That's my advice to Elon Musk and Donald Trump. And it looks like they're taking it up. Check out these headlines today, guys. Justice Department hires for court battles as Trump slashes other agencies. Basically, what's going on? They're trying to move very, very quickly. They're trying to do things that are legal andconstitutional. And right now, their biggest need is lawyers to defend them. And effectively, if you're a good lawyer, if you know the law, you don't want anything to do with these kind of people. Let's just jump right in and we'll talk about what's going on here. So this is the story. It says the Justice Department is recruiting new attorneys to help defend President Donald Trump in immigration and other policies in court. Right. You're trying to do all this stuff. You need people to defend you according to public job postings, department officials and legal experts.

Right. So help wantnded SCs are hanging out everywhere. Please come work for the Trump must be people for your attorney. That's what they need. The aim is to create a cadre of lawyers with the skills and willingness that'sn toa be tough to find. Willingness to back the administration as it gears up legal challenges on birthright citizenship, sending migrants to Guantamaino Bay, federal workforce firings and deep spending cuts and more. There's a whole bun of stuff they're trying to do. And when people get hurt, right, you're cutting people's jobs, you're sending people to private prisons that may be violating human rights. You're doing all kinds of things. Like there's so much stuff that they're doing all at once. And it's gonn affect people's lives directly and immediately. And essentially their biggest need right now, again, is defense attorneys. And I also this and you know, I know we make joke about kind of stu where it's kind of funny.

Hey, you know, the biggest thing is defense attorneys. But guys, there are real people's lives on the line. And fight for yourself, fight for your rights. And that's what people are doing. And essentially it's forcing Trump and must to like really take offensive posture. That's whether got the help wanted sign out. A lot of people are quitting them. We talked about this before and they tried to do the whole thing in New York with Eric Adam stuff. It was like seven lawyers quit and they're getting the same thing. And you as they try to push through, was it immigration, so citizenship, you know, firing federal worker stuff, you're going toa have so many lawsuits with that. And then again the spending cuts. It also says here the hirings are largely to fill openings created by the high number of civil division attorneys who had resigned since the 2024 presidential election.

Right. People aren't going to be a part of their administration. Good luck with that. And now we've got. I justose in the last video, the court is asking for a representative from Doge to come and explain what you're doing. Please tell us your structure, your procedures, who'the staff, etc. This makes Musk really mad when you ask for transparency and details of what you're up to. In fact, this is the kind of stuff he tweets out. And he tweets out like 100 of a days. I can't show you all them, but I'll show you the highlights. This one is interesting. It says increasingly significant consideration. And this is like a Mad Max photo. Ladies, it's time to start thinking whether the guy you're dating has post apocalyptic warlord potential. That's what's on Elon Mus's mind, right? Is like, I guess we're trying to go to the Mad Max world where there's no law and where there'll all a bunch of gangsters, you know, and gangs run around in motorcycles and spikes to fight each other, I guess.

So Musk is gathering his gang. This is from Senator Eric Schmidt. So I think these are all Republicans and effectively these are the people they're calling it this the Doge Caucus. I just want you to show you who they are, what they look like, and they're all kind of same. I don't have to say it. I'm just showing you the picture. You can see it for yourself and for me. This doesn't represent America. You may disagree, but I know America has a lot of different types of people in it, you know, and that's who Musk is working with to destroy America. Their plan right now is to fire as many judges they can because essentially the courts and laws are against them. And so he tweets out these kind of videos'like oh yeah, let'seneach judges. Let's get rid of the law. Let's just get rid of these people.

And it's like, come on, really? And of the. Let's say this, some of the Republicans are pushing back because they don't want to go to prison. They don't want to break the law because you may have policies you want to push through, right? But people have been in Congress for a long time. They know how this system works. So you'll get these videos their time name. I don't know the Joni Hearsc but I guess she's like, hey, we're working with MUST to save money. It was all inague vague statements. This was the most interesting one though. And again, must be talked tons of stuff. So this is one of MUSTK s buddies. This is the senator from Utah. He hates Social Security. He's always trying of ways to eliminate it or privatize it. But this was an interesting tweet by him. He says here in our meeting today, that was the one I showed you guys.

Elon Musk clarified that thosege personnel have no authority to fire federal workers or cancel federal contracts or payments. So this is definitely rolling back the rhetoric that they're saying before. Right? So honestly I don't know what they're doing over there. That's why they're called in the court. But at least according to Senator Mike Lee from UT says and ar mean today elmms clarify that those personnel have no authority to fire federal workers or cancel federal contracts or payments. So I think there's definitely pushback. You can see it in their language. Rather they make recommendations to department heads and other executive branch personnel who have such authority. Those most inclined to dem mo DOJ are attributing the DO authority it does not have. I'll say this as well. There's a possibility you put out this language to say, oh know we don't have any power to fire people.
    (0:04:37)

And then suddenly like, okay, so who's firing everyone? Who's pushing everyone out? So they could read this one or two ways. They're trying to dodge liability, which is something they've tried to do with MUST before by saying he's not actually the head. Right. Or they could be say like, oh no, this is like someone else's fault. And then they'll pick the last time we name was like the Pamela person, which is just basically a fall person. Who knows? But that's. I'm just saying now they're trying to make the case that they have no power. It doesn't really make any sense, but that's their defense and that's why they're getting defense attorneys. We'll see you in court. Right? That's what ends up being. This is Elon Musk. He says here the New York Times is pure propaganda and a bunch of a holes. What that's how must responds to stuff.

When he's in a losing argument, he just starts calling People names. So basically what's going on is in New York Times actually they've been doing a good job of exposing Doge. They put out a list with pictures of the people involved with it. So we actually have right here, here's a do'leadership Elon Musk, Steve Davis, Brad Smith, Amy Gleason, Chris Young. We have a much more pictures staffers. I'm gon thr one day but I'll just say these are who they are. You can see what they look like, right? Same kind of people. The basic gist of it is seems to be a lot of like kind of tech focused people, engineering people, people who are connected to Musk companies. I mean we kind of knew this stuff already but it's just more important when you actually see, you know, who they really are. And it also mentioned too which is kind of interesting.

I can confirminm I've seen it for myself where many of these people are deleting their social media accounts, right? Because they're know, probably harassed or whatever or they'll make them private or some of these people have said well just say I'm trying to be nice about stuff'fle you know, some people said say racist things, sexist things, questionable stuff and it just makes the whole thing look bad. But obviously it should look bad already if you understand that they're cutting people's jobs services that you need cutting stuff that we need. Like you know, how are we gonna fight the bird flu or measles. Like these are actually really serious life threatening stuff. So like I said, I know we make jokes sometimes but I just want to make sure you're understand the seriousness of the stuff they want to cut is affecting your life directly. The Republicans are plan is to try to throw some sort of smokescreen.

So yesterday they said hey, we're goingna announce these really awesome, you know, Epstein files and a bunch of names and stuff like that. Right. It came out today and I guess it was, it was a dud. There wasn't reallything there that we didn't know already. It was heavily redacted. So that's why when you read headlines where it just says influencers say they received the Jeffrey Epsteing files at the White House, like it's, there's nothing there. Right. The headlines would be like hey, you know, so and so person, you know, did blah blah blah. Right. We would, it would be. Headlines would be all over place. But there's nothing. But they're just trying to like how much were to say it. There's A lot of conspiracy theorists kind of people in the Republican Party and you know, to sort of distract you to say, hey, vote for us.
    (0:07:40)
  • Unknown A
We'll uncover all the conspiracies, you know, whatever. And there's bad stuff happened. I how to say that. But we didn't get any new information. I think this is just to distract you from the cuts and stuff that that Musk is trying to do. They did this one too. This was a weird one. If you follow the Andrew Tate story, he was in trouble in Romania. I don't want to say this stuff they need. Let's just say it's very, very bad. It's very, very bad. Hurt a lot of women and it just whatever you can imagine, that's you what they're up to. For whatever reason. I guess he's still in trouble. I guess if he's in the USA now, I guess in Florida and I guess if the court calls him back, we'll have to go back. Even desanttis is like, you're not welcome here. Which is kind of interesting.
    (0:08:21)

So my understanding of it is maybe Tate's connected to the Trump family, got you friendships and the government to help them out. Maybe they think Tate's gonna help out with their voters or whatever. But it's this kind of stuff which sort of t put in the simplest terms, you know, these mustk, these tais, these you know, Trumps, they're all gangsters, basically mafia people. They all self serving people. And the way that they build their support is say, hey, I'm really, really rich, therefore I'm cool. And, and sadly I'PUT in it other terms is I feel like when we watch these people, you know, take control of the keys of the cars as I call it, and drive us off a cliff, it just sort of represents the moral decay in usa which is unfortunate. And it's crazy because the Republicans used to paint themselves being you know, the party of family values and we're all Christians, et cetera.
    (0:09:06)
  • Unknown A
But I think what this really exposes of them is just how hypocritical a all these people are. I think that's important to understanding like the world that we live in where it seems to be driven by greed. To be perfectly frank. And you know, I understand the whole must situation or which say just like focus on the apocalyptic desolate future. We're all fighting over water or whatever. For people like a must, that's how their mind works. Everything's a competition. I need to see my net worth bigger than your net worth at any cost. Some people think that is a worthy goal. And I'm saying there's some people out there that think so. I disagree. I think treating your fellow humans with respect leads to a healthier life, a longer life, a happier life, right? You can maintain relationships. The thing with the must stuff and if you guys have following this has.
    (0:09:52)
  • Unknown A
Have't following a long time, it's been interesting. You you've had the close friends of his come out publicly and write like really long letters of how they're disappointed with Musk, what they know about him, et cetera. And it's interesting because how long can this guy keep this momentum going? On top of that he takes a whole bunch of meds for all sorts of stuff. So you can ask him on that. There's been various reports on that. Be it recreational, be it lose weight, be it mental stuff, he just done all sorts of things. And that's why it's kind of crazy that that's the person that we're putting our trust in. But like I was saying, you know when he goes to these kind of meetings and yes it's true, these Republican people are fake and you can pick wherever your favorite fake one is. But these people, many of them have a lot of degrees or they've been governed a long time.
    (0:10:46)
  • Unknown A
They know that you can't necessarily do everything that you want in government. Break the law, go to prison. Not everyone really wants to go on that game. So that's where I think that is. The challenge for them right now is to try to pass this crazy stuff that they wantn pass, right? Be all the stuff that you need and effectively fire when they possibly can and try to create this sort of corrupt oligarch state. It's gonna be interesting like who goes along with it, who doesn't. And that's why the fight right now is getting as much defense attorneys as they can. I personally think that they're gonna burn out. That's just my opinion and call on that because I just don't think you can put a bunch of self serving people in a room and have them expect to work together as a team when they're again that's their goal is to like who go cann be the top warlord.

It doesn't end well for any of these people. And you know, we'll keep track of this stuff. So anyway, love to hear your thoughts on of these things and I'll catch you on the next video.
