Hi friends, this is Chris. Welcome back. So we got to give you an update on the Ukraine peace deal and essentially they're leaving Trump and USA out because basically Putin played Trump or Putin humiliated Trump. That's what's going on right now. So they're doing the deal with without him basically.
-
Unknown B
And maybe Trump doesn't care even if they humilility or whatever and he just wants the money. He just want to build the casino.
-
Unknown A
Yeah. So Trump was trying to thrt away to make himself rich. And you may not know this, but before they were meeting in Saudi Arabia y without Zelensky.
-
Unknown B
Yeaheah.
-
Unknown A
So was this Russia, you us say making a deal without Zelensky and then they were like mad that Zelensky actually. What's that?
-
Unknown B
That reminds me. Korean War.
-
Unknown A
Okay.
-
Unknown B
Because when, when, when the Japan was loose the war.
-
Unknown A
Right.
-
Unknown B
And you know, actually, you know, same as Vietnam, you know, Russia and yeah. Fight on Korean land.
-
Unknown A
Right, right.
-
Unknown B
Fight over each other. But we didn't want to split. But they did agree, you know, that's good point country. We didn't want to. But they said, oh, you take the land, I take the South.
-
Unknown A
No, no. It's actually a really important point that don't just let superpowers negotiate for your land. You should have an own say in your land. I think Zelen absolutely has a right to represent his people and have to say so what's going on right now? Basically it looks like UK and France are taking more of the lead. The report are saying z lseay peace. Well, we'll get the details because well, I mean this whole thing rests on can you trust Putin at all? That's what this whole.
-
Unknown B
And Trump.
-
Unknown A
Trump. Yeah. Actually people mention in the comments that even whatever deal that would be made is like you take the most untrustworthy people in the world. Trump and Putin put him together and if they're gonna make a deal like you can't trust either of these people. So I mean, you have no choice but to go somewhere else, you know. But yeah, no. So I mean like right now, this'the headline, it says Starmer announces quote coalition of the willing to guarantee Ukraine peace. Now, we don't know exactly all the countries that signed on yet. There are a lot of countries there. I'll give you guys a list of the countries that were involved in this thing. It's multiple actually. I Let me pull this up. Here it is France, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, Norway, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, Finland, Italy, Spain and Canada actually is there which is actually quite interesting.
-
Unknown B
So I think, you know, that's most of the known country in Europe, I think.
-
Unknown A
Yeah. I mean, essentially what's kind of going on is from Putin's point of view, so he doesn't want Ukraine to be in NATO. Right. And also from Putin's point of view is he wants USA to leave NATO, basically leave Europe, leave all influence and friends with me. Right, yeah. So actually tell them about what they're saying. Korea, you're saying the Russian point of view with usa, you've mentioned that. So in the Korean news, you were saying that the Russian diplomat or whoever it was, was saying that USA is on the side of Russia.
-
Unknown B
Yeah, they'agreeing with our vision.
-
Unknown A
Our vision is almost same like vision for the future. Yeah, yeah.
-
Unknown B
You know, Russia need the money from. I think maybe they already promised to invest tooeah terrorists are like detrman to Russia. The train, a pipeline. So they need money for that. So they need money from usa.
-
Unknown A
Well, that's kind of what's been reported. So basically there's a part of Ukraine that they were basically trying to figure out to split up and how to fund the reconstruction. It's all about money. Right. And so then Trump was thinking golf courses, hotels get that rare minerals. Musk was thinking, I want to get some of that rare minerals there as well. Talk profit. And then part of what my last, which I'm going to tell you about is it was reported that we, well, we knew this before. When Trump first came into power, he was canceling our FBI and CIA. Anything that would be against Russia or China, he would just start to cancel. And then today it was announced, like now we're cancseling our cybersecurity stuff against Russia, which is kind of a mistake, obviously. I'll say kind of it's a mistake because you can't, you can't, you can't trust RS that they're not going to hack us or do whatever.
-
Unknown A
Right. The Russian hacking stuff or social media is nonsense. And like any kind of stuff, you just't, you can't trust Russia.
-
Unknown B
You can fire your top, you know, security people.
-
Unknown A
That's what, that's what I mean. Like I give you example, guys. It was in our news also just today.
-
Unknown B
And you can h back then easily.
-
Unknown A
Yeah, yeah, we're talking about nuclear security people. I think we fired like 17 of them and we have 5,000 nuclear warheads. And then they realize, oh my God, we can't fire these people. So I guess they're trying to hire them back or something.
-
Unknown B
They'really highly Trained, you know, high education.
-
Unknown A
Right, right, right.
-
Unknown B
You cannot know bring just teen hackers to do that.
-
Unknown A
So the point I'm trying to make is that O and plus there's the crypto deal too which I mentioned last week. So the crypto thing is Trump announced today, today that the USA is going to have the phrase they use was strategic reserve and he announced like five coins that I guess USA is gonna buy. So what I think so it's not report anyere just my opinion is that Europe is going to still keep we say sanctions on Russia. So mayically would try to freeze their money and you know, put penalties on them financially and then the Russian oligarch, the Russian business people will use crypto to the USA to get their money out. So the timing of everything, it's pretty easy to see isn't it? Money he literally announced it today, then all the crypto went up. So yeah, so basically there's I guess four points to this deal.
-
Unknown A
I'll read the details of this thing. This is the European thing that they're working on. So one is keep military aid flowing into Ukraine. So they're goingn still give the military help I guess keep increasing economic pressure on Russia. So that would be like sanctions if you do anything we're going to maybe not trade with you, that kind of stuff. Actually the Russia has been hurting a lot, especially their re oligarch they're wealthiest. Someone was saying too that in the UK they have a lot of frozen bank accounts. Right. So why not just literally just take their money and just use that to fund any sort of pressure on Russia. So anyway there's number two that any lasting peace must ensure Ukraine's sovereignty and security. Sovereignty means they can rule themselves, control their own kingdom or country to say security. And Ukraine must be present at any peace talks.
-
Unknown A
So any kind of deal that's made forward Ukraine should be involved which I don't think is unreasonable. It'when you read through this stuff it's like and I was telling this before we recording that as Americans we just feel shame over Trump. There's just no other way to put it, you know.
-
Unknown B
You know talking to Dansky was you know, the gangster.
-
Unknown A
Yeah yah got yeah yeah yeah. Why don't you than you more. And then we watched live together. What do you think about the whole bus stuff?
-
Unknown B
And you remember they almost bring the chainsaw too.
-
Unknown A
Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah. So I mean and if you guys if he haven't seen San live they make fun of Trump Musk and the whole Thing. So here's number three, but I think that's very reasonable. If you're going toa do a peace deal, make sure Ukraine is invited to whatever peace deal. Number three, in the event of a peace deal, boost Ukraine's defensive capabilities to deter future invasion. So the basic idea with this would be, okay, if you are going to have peace, you would have to put maybe's say for example, UK soldier, frech soldier, whatever, so that no one's going to attack anyone. It's like when two people are fighting, you need a third person to come'like okay, break it up. Stop fighting. You just can't trust Russia. They'll invade, they'll do whatever they want. Yeah, well, you can't. You can't.
-
Unknown B
You, you know your like, no, you can't ch.
-
Unknown A
You can't ch.
-
Unknown B
Trump just like, you know, like Russia or like some sort of like terrorist.
-
Unknown A
I guess it's shame because it's actually upset. I get upsetid. Like, if you don't have your word, you don't keep your promise, you're nothing. This is why you should have zero respect for Trump. You can't. He doesn't pay his employees, he cheats on his wives all the time. No, that's just the kind of. He has.
-
Unknown B
No, you're a second president, you know that same.
-
Unknown A
He's same. He doesn't payase employees.
-
Unknown B
Y. Yeah, it has 14th case right now.
-
Unknown A
Here's number four. To develop the quote, coalition of the willing to defend deal in Ukraine and to guarantee peace afterwards. So what they're doing here, if you read the language, is they're kind of, they're kind of saying, this is how I read it. You're sort of in NATO, but sort of not right? Because, because they're saying we're gonna help you with defense. We're gonna protect you. Coalition of the willing if anything happens to you. But they don't necessarily say you're gonna be part of NATO. So I think the reason you would do that is that what if not every country that was on that list wants to defend Ukraine? Because the whole idea of NATO is you attack one.
-
Unknown B
You have to agree. Yeah, 100% right.
-
Unknown A
You everyone to agree. But also too, if you attack one of us, then you attack all of us. And we all respond. Because that's basically how you protect yourself against Russia, is that you just have a big defense. So that's the deal. I'd be curious what you guys think about that. If you think that's a fair deal, will they take it the last report just a few minutes ago. Since Zinsnsky is ready to sign now, there's going to be more issues with this of like, what's going to happen to the territory that Russia already has. So I think they're going to. I don't know. I don't know. I really don't know. I just rated the four points of the deal because if you just sort of give up your land, then you're like, okay, it's yours now. But I don't. From the Ukrainian people, your choices do we keep fighting?
-
Unknown B
That's their home, that's their country. And even like be bully person come to your house now, this is my home. Doesn't mean then it's not their home.
-
Unknown A
You know, from the Trump point of view, the way they talk to ZNY is like, why don't you just give up? Why didn't you just give up?
-
Unknown B
You know, I saw that, you know, you have no chance to winning, so why you were killing your people.
-
Unknown A
Yeah. You saw that? Yeah. But Z Lindsy wouldn't agree to that. No, no. That was like Trump was saying, oh, you can't win, you can't win. And then that's sort of how the Trump people are talking. But, you know, so I'm cur so.
-
Unknown B
Independent from the Japan. So that logic doesn't make sense at all.
-
Unknown A
Just to give up. Yeah. It's your home. Yeah, yeah.
-
Unknown B
And it's our country. So you have no right to, you know, just give away our country.
-
Unknown A
So I mean, in my opinion, just from looking at what's going on, I think Russia has a real man. We say manpower problem because they're using North Korean troops now. So that means they're running out of Russian soldiers.
-
Unknown B
Yeah, you can sure. You know, a lot of wealthy like guys, they go to other countries to, you know, they don't want to go to soldier.
-
Unknown A
Oh, right, right, right, right, right, right. Yeah. Cause they don't wanna fight.
-
Unknown B
Yeah, they don't wanna fight. They don't wa wantna die, basically.
-
Unknown A
So my understanding of the war, just talking about the military situation is this kind of a stale. We say stalemate, like so it's just hard to really can't really go ian more. You can't really push them out.
-
Unknown B
And plus, as a Russian soldier, they not really protect anything. They just attack. Right.
-
Unknown A
Well, okay, so if it is a stalema madete you just generally would give advantage to we say the home team because Ukraine has more reason to fight than the Russians would. I mean, I'm just thinking is just a regular Russian. You just want to go home. That would make sense to me. So I mean theoretically know there's still more to work out when we'll give you detail. I just want to include the ad and tell you guys the four points of what they're talking about and want to hear your thoughts. So anyway, thanks again for watching and we'll catch you guys next time. Bye.
